What we are glad to hear
Someone is missing. A grandpa, a twin sister, a boss, a godmother: tell us who you wanted to send wishes to and could not find. That is how new collections get drawn.
Something broke. Name the image (the address of its page is ideal), say what you tapped, what you expected and what you got instead, and on which phone or browser. One screenshot beats a long description. Keep in mind that we have no copy of the image you made: it was built on your device and never reached us.
It came out of the printer wrong. Tell us the printer model and the paper, and we will try to work out why.
You spotted our drawings elsewhere. The images here are free to send, not free to resell or republish. If one turns up for sale or on another site, a link to it would help us a lot.
What not to send
Names, addresses, phone numbers or anything else about the people you are sending wishes to. We never need those details and would rather not hold them.
