These are the conditions for using berrywishes.com and the images made with it. Using the site means accepting them.
Free for your own greetings
Any image on the site may be personalized, downloaded, printed and sent to the people in your life, as often as you like, at no cost. No credit to us is required, and the picture carries no watermark.
Not for resale or republishing
The drawings may not be sold in any form, printed or digital, nor offered as templates; they may not be posted on other websites, apps or marketplaces, nor fed into print-on-demand services, nor presented as someone else’s work. Scraping the site is not permitted.
What you write is on you
Whatever is written on an image, and whoever it is sent to, is your responsibility. The editor is not to be used for anything unlawful, threatening, harassing or deceptive. Since nothing you type reaches us, we neither review nor store it, and we cannot recover an image you have lost.
What belongs to whom
The drawings, the sample wishes, the look of the site and its code are the property of Berry Wishes. The fonts in the editor come from their authors under open font licenses and may be used freely on the images you make.
Paper
What comes out of a printer is decided by the printer, by how it is set up and by the paper in it. Print one before printing twenty.
As is
The site is offered as it stands. We keep it running as best we can but cannot guarantee that it will never pause, err, or fall short of a particular purpose.
Liability
As far as the law permits, Berry Wishes bears no liability for indirect or consequential loss connected with the site or with the images made on it.

These terms may change; the version on this page, with the date above, is the one in force.
